Dhangadhi. Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City Ward No. 5 has concluded the ‘Dhangadhi Green Ward’ program. The ward office distributed 15,000 saplings in a single day. National Assembly member ABAM Nepali Congress Kailali President Narayan Dutta Bhatta inaugurated the campaign.
Ward No. 5 Chair Gajendra Shahi presided over the programme. Ward member Datturam Pandey said that the saplings of Moringa and AAP have been distributed through various toll development organizations located in ward no. 5.
If the households who do not have saplings come up with recommendations through toll development, they will be provided by the ward office, said Ward Chair Shahi.
On the same occasion, blood donor Deepak Upadhyay, religious activist Narendra Shah and sanitation activist Lal Bahadur Khadka were honoured.
