Bear is not just a visible thing, it is also an expression of confidence, self-reliance and talent. Embracing these values, May’s Aesthetic Center and Academy and May’s Beauty Parlor and Training Center have started their official journey in Shankhamul, Kathmandu.
The opening ceremony was attended by well-known names from Nepali music, films and digital media.

The center’s director Geeta Giri who is the special attraction of the program, said in her speech:
“Mayaj is not just a place to provide beauty services, it is a place to become self-reliant. Here skills are learned, self-confidence is increased, and the path to the future is made. ”
May’s Beauty Parlour aims to provide self-employment opportunities to women and youth through training, not just beauty services. Director Giri believes that modern equipment, professional trainers and intimate service will win the trust of the customers.
The artists and guests who participated in the program wished this new beginning of Mayaj as a ‘campaign for empowerment along with beauty’.
Mayaz’, which has become a confluence of beauty, skills and possibilities in the heart of the city, is now expected to be known as not only a beauty service but also a place to fulfill dreams.
